Dr. Mahmood A. Bodla is an eminent scholar in the field of Human Resource Management/Development and Econometric Theory in Pakistan. In the capacity of a dedicated educationist and a seasoned researcher, Mahmood has developed an identity of a beacon of knowledge and skills in many diverse areas of Human resource development, organizational behavior and mathematical modeling. In the last thirty (30) years of his career, he has emerged as one of the few academicians considered an authority over the field of human resource development and related subjects which include but not limited to Human Resource Management, Change Management, Crisis and Conflict Management, Compensation Management, Performance and Evaluation, Project Management, Total Quality Management, Leadership and Team Management, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodologies, Mathematical Modeling and Economics. Dr. Bodla has a Ph.D. (Econometrics, HRM) and an MS in Operations Research, Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, USA and another MBA degree from Punjab University.

Dr. Afzaal Seyal is a senior researcher with over twenty-five years of research experience in diverse cultures. Dr. Afzaal has supervised over hundred research studies and have full command in launching independent IS/IT behavioral research such as; adoption, diffusion and usage of IT Internet, E-commerce with the quantitative analysis techniques, multivariate statistical techniques. He is fully conversant with the data analysis decision support software such as Micromanager, Minitab/SPSS, AMOS and Statisticia. He has a Ph.D. (Management) and M.S Management from LaSalle University, USA and a BS (Computer Science) from Roosevelt University, Chicago, USA.
