Naeem Ashraf is MBA (HR), LL.B and a Ph.D Scholar in Management. Retired as a Group Captain from Pakistan Air Force, he moved on to join National Accountability Bureau as its founding team member and was responsible for designing its organizational structure, bye-laws, operating policies etc. His specializations include training and development, public sector reforms, human resource management, systems development, and project management. Working both in civil and defense organizations he has acquired a unique blend of knowledge of dealing with civil as well as military bureaucracy. The consultancy and training assignments with Ace Consulting Group has further added up to his understanding of managing and coordinating in private sector. Mr. Naeem has been involved for years in manpower analysis, job evaluation, HR audit, staff review, and training needs of different cadres. He is also a visiting faculty member of University of Lahore, Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Quaid-e-Azam Law College and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.
Umer R. Bhutta is a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) UK. He has 13 years of experience of being involved in Human Resource work. He has a warm, energetic, dynamic, multi-role personality & has a cooperative, friendly, considerate & caring attitude towards people. He has diverse industrial experience in HR and carried out a number of consulting and training projects in diverse areas of HR including organizational development, manpower planning, executive recruitment, job analysis and evaluation, HR policies and procedures. He has been intensively involved in designing and delivering various training programs in customer care, attitude, and managerial skills, in Pakistan as well as abroad. Umer has an M.Sc in Economics from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, a diploma in Journalism from London School of journalism and most recently he has been awarded Chartered status as HR professional from the coveted institute CIPD UK.
Asma Asrar Qureshi: Asma is a Ph.D scholar in Engineering Management and has an MBA (Human Resource Management), and BS Software Engineering, degrees. She has worked in industry for four (4) years in different capacities in order to learn in areas like content/technical writing, project coordination/management and human resource management. Asma has keen interest in management research and keeps participating in different forums for her professional and personal growth. She is very focused about her goals in life and is consistently struggling to achieve them; a very independent person who has pursued all her professional degrees on her own. She managed to create and design the whole HR department at an IT based organization without any other human resource.

Omer Khokhar: Omer is a young and energetic engineer with a broad spectrum of expertise. During his experience he has provided consulting to major telecoms and service provides on the designs and frameworks for their IT and security infrastructure. Taha Aurangzaib: Taha is a Masters Degree holder in human resource management, from Murdoch University Australia. Her areas of interests include training and development, change management, leadership, strategic human resources management and cultural change. She has designed and delivered a number of training programs in interpersonal skills. She has got best student award in Interpersonal and Public Speaking Skills from Murdoch University.
