Donor/Development Agencies and Public Sector

  • Coffey International Development: Responsible for the HR Component of design phase of the SNG Project of DFID for Govt. of Pakistan, working with team of international and local consultants
  • FBR/World Bank: Design and delivery of Customer Facilitation Training under TARP Project of the World Bank. Designed and conducted training of the customer facilitation staff of the income/sales tax and customs officials in 13 cities of Pakistan, also responsible for Training of Trainers.
  • Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services/DAI/USAID: Designed and facilitated various training sessions for the master trainers of six houses, i.e. four provincial assemblies, national assembly and the senate.
  • UNDP/ILO/FAO: Assessed the capacity of eleven UN agencies, responsible for the design and delivery of “One” UN Programme in the area of ARP-TWG, in Pakistan
  • Ministry of Health, MNCH Program/DFID: As an HR Advisor, responsible for redesigning organizational and team structures, job descriptions, core competencies for federal, provincial and district staff. Also conducted Training Needs Assessment for staff in various categories.
  • Ministry of Finance, Govt of Pakistan/DFID: Worked as an HR Advisor/Restructuring Project Leader on this International Donor funded project, facilitated the organizational and manpower restructuring.
  • Irrigation and Power Department (IPD), Govt of NWFP/World Bank/Asian Development Bank: As a Team Leader and Lead Advisor on Change Management and HR, was responsible for the complete transformation of the IPD in an autonomous, self sustainable and efficient organization in two years, leading nine functional teams of specialists.
  • Training Wing, Federal Bureau of Statistics (FBS), Govt. of Pakistan/DFID: Conducted an in-depth review of the Training Wing of the FBS, in an attempt to enhance its service delivery quality. Proposed measures and designed and conducted two Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) for BS 20 and 19 officers.

  • UNDP/EIROP: Coordination of Governance efforts of all stakeholders in NWFP
  • IUCN-Sarhad Provincial Conservation Strategy (SPCS): Communication, Presentation, Report writing, Negotiation and Persuasion Skills Programs
  • UNDP/Election Commission of Pakistan: Leadership and Change Program
  • National Telecommunication Company: A culture change program
  • Sui Southern Gas Company: A culture change program to kick-off cultural change effort
  • National Bank of Pakistan: A culture change program
  • National Accountability Bureau: Changing social values and its effects in the society
  • State Life Insurance Corporation: A series of programs for sales development
  • Utility Stores Corporation: A leadership development program for this public sector retail organization
  • Punjab Police: Good governance program for the elite group
